In order to modernize its information, mapping and communication tools, the Etablissement Public d’Aménagement Bordeaux-Euratlantique wanted to develop a tailor-made IT solution designed to capture business data and the ability to easily analyze and add value to this information. As part of this transformation process, Bordeaux Euratlantique opted to work with TRIMANE, a company specializing in data intelligence, with whom the company has already worked successfully for five years.
Making data accessible and transparent
The Etablissement Public d’Aménagement (EPA) Bordeaux-Euratlantique was created by the French government to meet the needs of local authorities faced with particularly strong demographic pressure. Its mission is to manage public space and economic development projects within its territory.
To provide a reliable, up-to-date overview, the EPA has set up an IGGI application listing all its current and future real estate projects, in the form of an interactive map available from its website. With the aim of making the most of this data, TRIMANE has equipped Bordeaux-Euratlantique with a business intelligence tool that combines performance and ease of use.
This new approach was accompanied by in-house training for EPA employees using the tool, enabling them to create simple, intuitive dashboards and queries, in complete autonomy, offering freedom of action in updating the data in the BI solution’s supply chain.

Today, Bordeaux-Euratlantique is reaping the rewards of this fruitful collaboration. The establishment benefits from a high-performance data visualization tool, enabling the creation of customized dashboards and data queries in a simple, intuitive and dynamic way, within the reach of all internal users. In addition, users received training in the data visualization tool, enabling them to maintain in-house control over data refresh rates in the BI tool, both at the level of the BI database and the query tool, enabling them to exploit its full potential.
