Reinforce inclusion and enable professional retraining via a bootcamp
For the past two years, TRIMANE has been training future consultants through a bootcamp that offers over 400 hours of training, delivered by experts.
This program is open to former geologists, mathematicians, and individuals from various scientific backgrounds who have developed an interest in digital technology. Over several months, participants prepare for professional reconversion, and upon completion, they have the opportunity to join TRIMANE as permanent Data Intelligence Consultants. The bootcamp is renewed annually, allowing the company to recruit between 8 and 10 new talents each year.
Pre-employment courses to train future consultants
At the same time, TRIMANE regularly recruits students from leading engineering schools (such as Centrale Supélec, IMT, Polytechnique, SupAéro…) for pre-employment internships. These internships help develop practical experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Architecture or DataOps. Trainees work on real solutions and innovation projects, developing their technical skills under the supervision of project managers. At the end of their internships, they are prepared to join service centers or work directly on customer sites, depending on their skills and motivation. Each year, TRIMANE recruits between 5 and 10 trainees facilitating their integration into the company.
Innovation at the heart of skills development
To ensure its consultants remain at the forefront of emerging technologies, TRIMANE invests in Research & Development through its CBI² research laboratory and the DipTek branch dedicated to the valorization of research projects. The company supervises research internships and doctoral theses on themes specific to its operations, enabling employees to develop professionally and anticipate future customer needs.
