As part of its commitment to continuous improvement in evaluating public policies, the French Tarn Department has selected TRIMANE to implement its Business Intelligence System. The project aims to:
- Provide the departmental council and its departments with a comprehensive view of all public policies.
- Analyze, evaluate, and manage various internal activities (Finance, Revenue de Solidarité Active, HR, etc.).
- Enhance visibility and transparency regarding departmental actions.
The deployment will be gradual, beginning with a prototype that, once validated, will serve as the foundation for rolling out the first industrialized version of the Business Intelligence System (SID).
