Recognizing its potential, TRIMANE has partnered with Inspearit, a consulting firm specializing in performance management and organizational transformation, to offer a “Professional Scrum Master I and II” certification training course.
Following a series of training sessions combining theoretical learning with practical application, employees are equipped with the skills needed to work effectively in an Agile environment. For consultants, mastering this methodology enables them to provide valuable project management advice to their clients.
