TRIMANE is delighted to announce that it has achieved a professional equality index score of 92/100 for the year 2024. Well above the regulatory minimum (75/100), this result testifies to our commitment to gender equality.

Understanding the index and our results

Established by French legislation, the professional equality index assesses the parity between men and women within an organization. Our score of 92/100 breaks down as follows:

  • Gender pay gap: 37/40
  • Gap in the distribution of individual raises: 35/40
  • Number of female employees receiving a raise on return from maternity leave 15/15
  • Parity among the 10 highest earners 3/5

These concrete results reflect our commitment to ensuring a fair and gender-friendly working environment.

More than key numbers, a reality

According to an INSEE study carried out in 2023, only 24% of jobs in the digital professions are held by women. We are committed to helping increase this percentage, building a future where equality is the norm, not the exception.

We proudly celebrate this achievement, the fruit of a proactive approach and constant vigilance to establish an inclusive workplace. As proof, 47% of positions of responsibility are now held by women at TRIMANE.

Discover the testimonial of Kristina GROZDEVA, Project Manager at TRIMANE, who shares her vision of corporate equality and her experience as a woman in the digital sector.

“I believe that gender diversity within a team is a valuable asset. In an environment where gender equality is respected, everyone feels confident to express themselves freely and to be listened to.

As a female project manager in a predominantly male sector, it’s not always easy to find your place. I’ve sometimes had to redouble my efforts to prove that I can achieve as much or more than a man. At TRIMANE, I’ve never felt that I was treated differently because of my gender. On the contrary: after nearly 8 years, I’m still climbing the ladder!

If I have to give one piece of advice to women who still have doubts about their ability to manage a team: don’t be afraid. A good leader has no gender, and there’s nothing better than proving who you are in the field.”

While we are encouraged by this achievement, we are aware that the road to equality is an ongoing journey. TRIMANE encourages all women to pursue their ambitions to build a more diverse and equitable industry.
