Gender Equality Index: Why TRIMANE Is Making a Difference in the Digital Sector
The digital sector remains a largely male-dominated field. According to INSEE, only 1.1% of employed women work in a digital profession, compared to 3.6% of men (Source: Characteristics of employed individuals in digital professions by gender – INSEE 2024 (FR))
In this context, companies in the sector have a major role to play in promoting more balanced representation and creating a professional environment where everyone can grow and thrive.
At TRIMANE, we believe that gender diversity is a driver of performance and innovation, particularly in the fields of Data and Artificial Intelligence. This conviction is reflected in our practices and our human resources policy.
Our detailed results for the year 2026
The Gender Equality Index (Egapro), established by law, evaluates companies based on several key indicators.
For the year 2026, TRIMANE achieved an overall score of 84/100, with the following results:
- Gender pay gap: 39/40
- Gender gap in individual raise rates: 35/35
- Pay raises upon return from maternity leave: 0/15
- Gender parity among the 10 highest salaries: 10/10
These results reflect an overall balanced compensation policy and a particular focus on equal treatment in career advancement.
Our score is nevertheless penalized by the indicator regarding raises upon return from maternity leave. Aware of the importance of this issue, our goal is to formalize an automatic pay catch-up mechanism, applied starting with the first paycheck following the return from maternity leave, based on the average of the individual raises granted during the absence.
Women in Leadership: A Reality at TRIMANE
While the glass ceiling remains a reality in many digital companies, TRIMANE stands out for its strong representation of women in leadership positions.
Our Index achieves the maximum score for gender parity among the top 10 highest-paid employees, with 4 women among the company’s 10 highest earners.
This trend is also reflected in our governance and management: 75% of our executive team members are women.
These figures illustrate a strong conviction : skills and leadership are not defined by gender, but by talent and commitment.
A Concrete Policy Promoting Equality in the Workplace
TRIMANE is committed to building an inclusive work environment that respects each individual’s work-life balance.
Several initiatives underpin our commitment :
- Promoting gender-diverse hiring : In 2024, 42% of our new hires were women—an encouraging sign in an industry where the proportion of women remains low.
- Creating an inclusive work environment : we implement concrete measures to improve our teams’ daily lives, such as providing free menstrual products on our premises.
- Supporting work-life balance : we pay particular attention to the balance between career paths and family life so that everyone can grow without compromise.
At TRIMANE, we are therefore continuing our commitment to continuous improvement to ensure an environment where gender is never a barrier to ambition, recognition, or professional growth.
Our goal is to enable every expert to focus on what matters most : creating value for our clients through data and AI.
