\u201cHaving been a trainee myself for several years, I appreciated the close relationship and the practical, efficient way in which we interacted with the company. Gradually, I became interested in the role of Pole Manager, based on the experience I had gained.<\/em><\/p>\n

As I see it, this role is first and foremost one of time and support devoted to the consultant throughout his or her Trimanian life.
