Our score of 92\/100 breaks down as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gender pay gap: 37\/40<\/li>\n<li>Gap in the distribution of individual raises: 35\/40<\/li>\n<li>Number of female employees receiving a raise on return from maternity leave 15\/15<\/li>\n<li>Parity among the 10 highest earners 3\/5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These concrete results reflect our commitment to ensuring a fair and gender-friendly working environment.<\/p>\n<h3>More than key numbers, a reality<\/h3>\n<p>According to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/7634470?\"><span style=\"color: #d65ff2;\">INSEE study<\/span><\/a> carried out in 2023, <strong><span style=\"color: #d65ff2;\">only 24% of jobs in the digital professions are held by women<\/span><\/strong>.
