TRIMANE, a consulting company specializing in Data Intelligence for over 15 years, is pleased to announce the signing of a framework agreement with the Department of Penitentiary Administration (DPA), to provide Project Management Assistance (PMA) services in the field of Business Intelligence (BI).
TRIMANE has been selected alongside Talan and CGI to deliver BI AMOA services to the French Department of Penitentiary Administration
This contract, signed with one of the five directorates of the French Ministry of Justice is designed to support the DAP’s information systems office, particularly the data office, which is tasked with measuring managing the activities of penitentiary establishments and services, as well as activities related to integration and probation.
As part of lot 2 of this framework agreement centered on BI AMOA, the DAP chose TRIMANE, in collaboration with Talan and CGI to address its specific needs in the following areas :
- Project management
- Requirements definition and framing
- Application acceptance
- Change management and training
Recognized BI expertise to support the Prison Administration Department
The DAP’s Data Office plays an crucial role in measuring and managing the activities of prisons and probation services. It relies on a dedicated decision-making information system, using the SAP Business Objects solution (4.1 version).
The challenges posed by the decision-making information system are numerous and vital for the efficiency of the prison administration. It enables various actions, including the evaluation of governmental measures, the centralization of information in a single infocenter for analysis purposes, and the construction of reports to anticipate trends and adjust action plans.
TRIMANE’s strong functional and technical expertise ensures significant added value for the DAP. This four-year framework agreement started in January 2024, and aims to support the DAP’s project teams in the exploitation and restitution by providing its expertise in the field of Business Intelligence.
